Training and Workforce Improvement Subcommittee

Goals

• The goal of this committee is to provide and support learning and
  information dissemination across the Statewide treatment system.

Objectives

• To develop and adopt screening tools and protocols for identification
  and referral that can be used by all providers serving adolescents with
  substance abuse problems.
• To create and fund a mechanism for augmenting and sustaining evidence
  based and other adolescent specific training, information dissemination,
  and organizational support across the system of services for treatment
  staff, provider agencies, and cross-system youth professionals.
