Statewide Leadership Council
The Statewide Leadership Council on Adolescent Substance Abuse Treatment directed, coordinated and oversaw efforts to assess and improve substance abuse treatment services across all systems statewide. From this council four sub-committees were formed to closely examine the following systems:
